Our story
Blowpack Ltd is a UK SME at Unit 1 Waterfall Trade Park, Stancliffe Street, Blackburn BB2 2QD. We are a specialist manufacturer of energy shot, vitamin and nutraceutical bottles, producing PET bottles by stretch-blow moulding bought-in preforms. Company number 15995596.
As a small manufacturer and packing company, we aim to be easy to deal with: clear about what we do (food-grade PET bottles for energy shots, vitamins and nutraceuticals, used mainly for food — primarily 65 ml and 100 ml shot bottles, plus 10 ml vape bottles in 19.5 mm and 20.5 mm neck/size dimensions with strong available capacity; and fill and label for small batches at a competitive price), clear about what we do not do (glass or other packaging formats), and reachable by phone or email when you need an answer.

Packing services
Blowpack is a small packing company as well as a PET bottle manufacturer. Alongside stretch-blow moulding, we pack for customer brands and are available to fill and label small batches at a competitive price. Food and non-food filling are handled in separately roomed areas at Unit 1. Share your volumes, product type and labelling requirements and we will confirm what we can support.
Quality journey
We are working toward BRCGS Packaging Materials Issue 7 and are seeking certification. We are not claiming to hold BRCGS certification at this time. Progress on this journey is part of how we want to develop the business for customers who value structured quality systems.
Honest wording matters. Until certification is achieved and can be verified, we describe BRCGS only as an aspiration we are working toward — never as an existing status.
