How we manufacture
Blowpack Ltd purchases PET preforms and stretch-blows them into finished bottles. That is our process: we do not mould glass, and we do not claim to supply every packaging format — our focus is PET bottles.
Details such as neck finish and colour depend on the preforms and tooling available for a given job. Tell us which size you need from the range above, approximate quantities, and any technical notes, and we will advise what we can support.

Vape capacity
Our vape bottles are a major second line behind food-grade shots. We manufacture 10 ml bottles only, available in 19.5 mm and 20.5 mm neck/size dimensions, with strong available capacity — clear or custom colours depending on the job.
Share your preferred neck size, colour and quantities and we will confirm what we can support.
Fill and label
Blowpack is a small packing company available to fill and label small batches for customer brands at a competitive price, alongside our stretch-blow PET bottle range. Food and non-food filling run in separately roomed areas at Unit 1. Mention filling or labelling in your enquiry if you need that support.

What we list on this site — food-grade shot bottles in 65 ml and 100 ml (black, white, clear), and 10 ml vape bottles in 19.5 mm and 20.5 mm neck/size dimensions (clear or custom colours), with strong available capacity on the vape line. We do not invent extra sizes beyond this current range.
