Blowpack Ltd is a specialist manufacturer of energy shot, vitamin and nutraceutical bottles. We stretch-blow bought-in PET preforms into food-grade PET bottles, used mainly for food. Food-grade shot bottles (65 ml and 100 ml) are our primary line; our vape range is 10 ml bottles only, in 19.5 mm and 20.5 mm neck/size dimensions — with strong available capacity. We are also a small packing company available to fill and label small batches at a competitive price.
Our process
What we do
We convert purchased PET preforms into finished bottles using stretch-blow moulding. Our scope is PET bottles only — not glass — and our bottles are food-grade PET, used mainly for food.

Fill and label — small batches
Alongside stretch-blow PET bottles, Blowpack is a small packing company available to fill and label small batches for customer brands (contract packing) at a competitive price. Food and non-food filling are handled in separately roomed areas at our Unit 1 site. Tell us your volumes and labelling needs and we will advise what we can support.
